This site and this business is about you, but this section has to be about me. My past customers have referred business to me for over 20 years. I believe that speaks to the integrity and service, which has been my motto since I began this career in 1985. Added to that is an enormous amount of market knowledge, creative marketing, and tough negotiation skills. All are so significant to your success.

Whether I’m working for the buyer, or the seller, or facilitating special services, I work hard for my client to get the job done with satisfaction. Open and honest communication and win-win negotiations are essential.

I know our market locally and regionally and I have first hand experience with the extraordinary area in which we live. Our playground extends from the coast to the mountains, and everything between.

I raised both of my son’s in Mount Vernon. Our schools, health care, and quality of life, are exceptional here. I love to show off this diverse area. Our festivals and cultural activities are plentiful. The outdoor activities are endless.

Personally, I’ve been a teacher of photography with marketing and promotion as my background. I’ve been a social worker, sold (and repaired) copiers, and worked for a newspaper. All has led to real estate. Please enjoy the photo’s I’ve provided myself on our website. I have also enjoyed introducing  many, to this exciting carreer.

Now with over 20 years of full time real estate service, I am proud of the reputation I’ve earned. The public and board positions on which I’ve served speak to my work and commitment. In this NW Washington region I've been known for my work on the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee and as a past Regional and Local Director for both the Realtor Board and the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.

More than anything else I find real estate fun. I meet new people every day and I love to help facilitate their success.
